Chaplets
Sue asked me not long ago if I could make her a nice chaplet - not necessarily a bracelet, but a chaplet of St Therese that would be sturdy. Hers broke and she had difficulty finding another. So, of course, I said, "Sure!"
She asked that it be white in honor of the purity of the Little Flower and blue in honor of our Blessed Mother, that it have three introductory prayer beads, a medal of St Therese and 24 white prayer beads.
I used "Spiderwire®" supertough beading thread, added a black crucifix bead, and made the introductory beads brown snowflake jasper in honor of the holy habit of Our Lady of Mt Carmel. I added a 14k gold-infused glass, etched Sacred Heart bead and used white shell beads for the prayer beads.

This chaplet, with all semiprecious beads, a silver tone medal and gold infused glass bead would cost $34.50 USD. Using Czech pressed glass, and a metal or glass medal instead of the gold-infused glass bead this chaplet would be $24.50 USD.
Because I would not normally have all medals for all devotions readily available, please allow about 3 weeks or so for your chaplet if I have to order medals or special materials.
Please do not be offended if I ask you to give a 'good faith' deposit should you request sterling silver or precious metal medals - I do have a family to feed and can't afford to order and stock expensive materials you may later decide you don't want and I may not be able to resell.
